I opened Lasavane Travel in Atlanta too in 2003. I was able to set up many actions in the United States.

Organization and participation of Lasavane Travel at the Africa Expo in Atlanta in 2005 with the late Mr. Pathé Gueye, Head of the Tourism Office in New York.

Organization and participation in the Chicago Travel Adventure Show in collaboration with the Atlanta Tourism Bureau and ARCO TRAVEL, Lasavane’s business partner, the second travel agency to promote Senegal from the United States.

Organization of the summer camp “Going Back to my roots – Jokko ak Cosaan” first edition in partnership with the Ministry of Tourism sponsor of the 2010 edition and with various Senegalese associations based in the United States.

Selection of Travel Agencies based in the United States to a Farm Tour in Senegal to relaunch the destination Senegal. The participation of the American delegation of this Farm Tour was possible through Lasavane Travel, which gave on credit air tickets to the delegation with its partner Adam Travel North Carolina.

Participation and collaboration with travel agencies in the U.S. to form the American delegation to participate in the first tourism fair in Dakar organized by Mr. Thierno Lo Minister of Tourism at the time.

Participation in the elaboration of a document for the revival of Senegalese tourism in the United States initiated by Mr. Abdoulaye Dione, Head of the Tourism Office at the time.

Initiated the first “Senegal Day” in the DMV,the heart of Silver Spring on July 23, 2017 by negotiating with Montgomery County to have the space and their support for the event.
